Job Description
Sales Administration & MIS:
ð Sales report analysis
ð Preparation of Quotations & Creation of samples sales orders and follow ups
ð Assist Marketing team in Campaigns
ð Respond to queries from customers (Stockist / Hospitals) and give after-sales support
ð Incentive computation and verification
Sales force Effectiveness & Automation:
ð Manage Masters like Hospital List, Doctor List and SFC record in SFA/CRM
ð Generate report of field employee (DCR, TP, Call, Activity, Campaign & Others)
ð Verification of field expenses and provide the summary statement to HR for final process
ð Attendance and Leave Management
Candidate Requirements:
ð Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ð Good Knowledge on MS Office tools specially in Excel
ð Should have an aptitude in problem-solving & excellent customer service skills
ð A Team Player with high level of dedication
ð Should have a strong work ethic and eager to learn
