- Candidate should have good communication skills - MUST
- Should ready for day/night shifts
- Candidate from call center preferred.
- High school degree - MUST
- One/ two years of customer service experience; Call Centre experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ( English/Hindi spoken and written)
- Ability to analyze customer requests and show empathy towards customers via phone and email, ability to stay calm, attentive to detail, great team player
- Computer skills (PC applications, email) & Knowledge of call tracking tools etc.
