- The process involves calling and providing end to end customer support and solving their queries.
- Respond to customer request within the accepted time
- Fixed Day Shift : 10AM-7PM
- Fixed Sunday OFF
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Good Communication in Hindi/Oriya/Bengali/Kannada
- Candidates with other languages proficiency are also eligible.
- 0-2 years of call centre experience
- Freshers with 3 backlogs can be considered
