* We are Hiring Customer Support Associate For Our Inbound And outbound Process and will prioritize candidates having Prior Experience In Inbound And Outbound Calling And Sales.
Job Description
*As Customer Support Associate you shall be entrusted to call Verified(No Cold call) Received by company to Explain our Process and assist them in fulfilling their Requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
*Responsible For Creating process Awareness And Customer Support.
* No Targets.
* Effective utilization of leads and Maintain a positives and healthy conversion rate.
* Exceptional Communication Skills.
* Have a good Understanding of the Products being Sold and Ensure Proper Handling of all Queries raised during the call.
* Make Sales Pitch according to the customer behavior and requirements.
* Maintaining Various Reports related to Calls and Inquiries Generated.
Requirements
* Any Degree
* Clear Diction and clarity in Speech
* Strong Personal Skills and Communication
* Target Oriented Functioning Salary : 8.5K TO 12K +(Incentive) In hand best in industry
