Job Description
- He/she will be part of techno-functional profile for customer support.
- He/She will be part of the L2/L1 level team providing functional /Configurational Support to customers.
- He/ She has to ensure customer service quality using SLA Compliance.
- He / She needs to analyze the problem / Situation accordingly decision has to be taken.
- He / She would be part of analytics team ( carrying out analysis over SLA's & other key parameters)
- He/She needs to perform additional Task assigned by Team Leader.
- He/she needs to impart quick training/s to Customers whenever time demands.
