Job Description

Hiring for Customer Service Outbound Voice Process

Designation: Customer Support Associate.·

Must call to potential customers to sell Insurance.
Candidate Needs to Handle customer needs and requirements.
Candidate would capture the all necessary details of the call in the application provided.

Shift Time: Day Shift (9hrs)
9:30 am to 6:30 pm
10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Working: 6 Days
Incentives: Completely based on candidate’s performance

Other requirements are:

Good Communication & comprehensive Skills.
English with any Regional language (Hindi ,Marathi & Tamil / Malyalam / Telugu / Kannada )
