Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas:
  • Responsible for receiving, considering and responding to all customer inquiries/query through email / call.
  • Handling customer concerns, customer satisfaction index (CSI) and customer Satisfaction index rating.
  • Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics.
  • Handling and solving client complaints. 
  • Taking required actions on customer feedback.

Requirements : 
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Candidate should possess good communication skill both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of MS-Excel and Email
  • Should be proactive, soft spoken, detail oriented, tactful, calm, punctual and disciplined
  • Prior experience in Customer service industry will be an added advantage.
