Job Description
- We Require a Customer Care Executive (With in 5 Km of Dwarka, Delhi) for Inbound/Outbound Calls Process.
- Make/Receive Calls from Prospective Customers
- Provide All Products/Services related information to customers
- Follow up on the leads and ensure all appropriate actions are taken
- Coordinate with internal dept. and business partners over various issues
- Increase customer satisfaction and develop PR
- Good Communication skills and focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic fluency in English and efficient in Hindi conversation
- Intermediate level of Computer Skills (MS Office/Internet)
