Job Description
- Candidate would be responsible for interacting with the clients over the phone, e-mail and chat and resolving customer queries within defined TAT
- Make calls to customers when necessary & follow up with all concerned for closure of issue within SLA.
- Professionally deal with complaints and escalation process where necessary.
- Effective team player to coordinate with other departments and resolve customer queries.
- Build the relationship with customers.
Requirements:
- Pursuing/completed MBA/BBA/B.Com.
- Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Should have time management and planning skills.
- Should have proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
