Job Designation: Customer Support Executive

Eligibility & Qualification:

Typing speed and Accuracy: 20 WPM with 85% accuracy
Fresher / Exp both can apply.
Grad/ UG both can apply.
Excellent English & Hindi Communication skills (North Indian Hindi)
Good thought process.
International voice or premium domestic customer service experienced.
6 days working.
Candidate should clear Psychometric score of minimum 65%
Candidate should go through Client round.
Pre-Hire check to be calibrated to include typing speed, psychometric & language proficiency (written & verbal).
Candidate should be able to display high level of empathy while dealing with customer problems and humanize the communication aspect irrespective of the channel of interaction.
Interview Rounds : HR Jam Session, Voice & Accent, Versant, Aptitude Test, Operations Round & Client Round
Salary : Upto 3 LPA
