1. Manage Inbound/Outbound Calls for Domestic Process

2. Handle queries, request and complaints effectively to provide appropriate resolution and alternatives within the defined timeline

3. Make outgoing calls for follow up cases and ensure closure

4. Willingness to work in rotational offs and rotational shifts if required.
Requirements

1. Must be a Graduate

2. Fresher and Experienced both can apply.

3. Strong Communication skills (English and Hindi)

4. Knowledge of multiple regional language’s will be an add on
