Job Description
You will be working in a challenging startup environment.
It's a multidimensional role, you'll get to do stuff from the ground up.
Major Responsibilities:
Conducting follow-ups with clients in a timely manner and ensure high client satisfaction.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Desired Qualities:
Candidates from the Delhi-NCR region only.
Smart & energetic, with a passion for working in a startup environment.
Polite & Comfortable in interacting with customers.
Fluent in English & Hindi languages.
Basic computer skills are required.
Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred (but not mandatory)
