The overarching responsibilities that cater to this role therefore are as follows:
- Regular and intuitive response to customer queries and feedback
- Understanding the client/customer requirements and relaying the same to respective internal divisions
- Understand company products, processes and policies in order to effectively communicate the same to customers
- Attending and making calls whenever necessary and tending to chat queries on the website
- Understand customer feedback capture process and create meaning full insights from the feedbacks and offer clear action points for the management
- Ability to stretch self to reach the targets
Candidate suited to the role shall:
- Any Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in similar roles
- Should be high on initiative, relationship building and analytical skills.
- An excellent communicator with inter -personal skills and telesales skills
- Eyes for details and excellent at XL / CRM usage
- Keep abreast with the growth of the company and its products.
- Fluent in English, Malayalam and Hindi or Kannada (optional).
