Job Description

Job Designation: Customer support

Roles & Responsibilities:

Role is to take feedback from customers on service ratings provided.
Handling the premium customer of entire India or particular circle.
Ensuring customer loyalty and rebuild trust.
Interfacing with various departments to provide satisfactory resolution to the customers
Training duration of 30 days will be paid as stipend of INR 300/Day (payable with 1st or 2nd month Salary)
Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skill both Hindi & English
Customer orientation.
No leaves for next 6 months excluding 1 week-off.
Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
Pick & Drop facility to all employees during odd hours
Insurance coverage
State of the Art office environment
PF & ESI facility
In-house “On-call doctor” facility
In-house training & development facility
Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skill both Hindi & English without MTI (Equivalent to Indian Versant Voice 4)
Typing Test (Min 25 wpm/80% accuracy)
