- Domestic Call Center
- We are expanding the scope of our BPO services and hence seeking customer-oriented service representatives for out to provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Positions: Customer Support Executive
- Number of Positions: 02
- Qualification: HSC/SSC/Under-Graduates
- Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai
- Shifts: Day Shift
- Good communication and presentation skills(English/ Hindi/Regional)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of any regional language will be added advantage
- Answering Incoming calls and attending customer queries.
- Providing prompt and accurate information with professional and courteous customer service.
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
