Job Description

Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

About Company

Responsibilities includes customer support, User support via phone calls and other social media platforms. You will be working on Data Collection and plagiarism checking. You will be working on Digital Marketing and Content Development.Role is based on more support and database oriented service.
Internship duration - 3 months (based on performance full time conversion)
Internship stipend - 5,000 to 7,000 INRFull time employment - 10,000 to 12,000 INR
Skills Required:you must have good communication skills in English.you must have basic knowledge about Computers, MS Office and basic applications.Any degree candidates can apply.
Note:- You must have a laptop which supports Internet connection with basic system requirements.Candidates who are nearer to office location are preferred but not limited to them.
