Job Designation : Customer Support Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- World Leading Domestic Airlines Handling flight ticket related queries/requests in inbound calls, E-mails etc. efficient customer service.
- Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
- Inbound Customer Service Centre for India #1 Airline Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel queries from Customers worldwide.
- Assisting customer with making a reservation /modification /cancellation & Flight Information.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service.
Eligibility & Qualification:
- Mandatory fluency in both ENGLISH & HINDI.
- 24/7*365 days working environment, with 6 working days with 01 rotational Weekly Off.
- Transportation is provided ONLY between 9 pm to 5 am.
- Freshers : Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Non Freshers: 10+2 or equivalent with minimum two year experience in reservations and ticketing.
CTC: Upto 2.16 LPA + high Incentives
Benefits to employees :
Benefits on Domestic Air Travel post successful completion of 06 months (only Airport Taxes need to pay)
Additional income can be earned through Incentive schemes; OT; SALES Incentive Growth Opportunities post successful completion of 09 months through IJP’s in various departments.
