Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction and Support:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels such as phone calls, emails, live chat, or social media platforms.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to products or services, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain a positive attitude during all interactions, even when dealing with challenging or irate customers.
Issue Resolution and Problem Solving:
Identify the root cause of customer problems and provide effective solutions or escalate complex issues to higher support levels or relevant departments.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and they are satisfied with the resolution.
Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM or support systems for future reference and analysis.
Product and Service Knowledge:
Continuously update knowledge about the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate guidance.
Participate in training sessions or workshops to stay informed about new offerings, updates, or procedural changes.
Customer Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback regarding their experience, product satisfaction, or service quality.
Relay valuable insights and suggestions to relevant departments to improve offerings or processes.
Maintaining Customer Records:
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in line with company policies and data protection regulations.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures:
Follow company guidelines and protocols when handling customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements.
Upselling and Cross-selling:
Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services that could benefit the customer.
Approach customers with relevant offers or upgrades in a polite and non-intrusive manner.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members and other departments such as sales, technical support, or logistics to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Reporting and Feedback:
Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, common issues, and resolution times.
Provide feedback to management on common customer pain points and potential areas for service improvement.
