We are looking out for Customer Support Executive to be based in our Head Quarter Vadodara branch.
Job Role: 
  • As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing all customer interactions across channels. Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the right tools and methods. 
Job Description: 
  • Provide superior Customer Experience on Chat/Email/Call. 
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times 
  • Collaborate with team members, and customer service teams to ensure a superior customer experience. 
  • Follow the company’s communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times 
  • Deliver excellent results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality. 
 Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: 
● 12th passed out are considered 
● Freshers are also considered 
● Basic English and Any Other Language.
