Job Role:

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing all customer interactions across channels. Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the right tools and methods.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Collaborate with team members, and customer service teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
Follow the company’s communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times
Deliver excellent results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

● 12th passed out are considered

● Freshers are also considered

● Basic English and Any Other Language.
