Hiring for customer support Executive ( Client base permanent role with client ) 
Experiences : Fresher to experiences 
Age : 18 to 45

Job Description 


The major roles & responsibilities include

  •  Previous experience in a customer support role is an added advantage
  •  Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  •  Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  •  Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  •  Candidates must do international Outgoing calls
  •  Knowledge about Canada Geography or obtaining it is a must
  •  Fluency in English is a must
  •  Able to work in Night shift inter national voices process (Canada Shift)
  •  Rotation shift/ 5 days working

  • Qualification : 10th/12th/Any Degree
  • Shift : Evening and Night Shift
  • Job Timing : 7PM to 3AM & 11PM to 7AM
  • Working Days : Monday To Sunday (Weekly 2 days routine off)
  • Incentive Bonus : 1% of Sale Value in Canadian Dollars (CAD $)*
  • Location : Nungambakkam, Chennai
