Track payments and invoice generation.
Call existing clients and new clients on daily basis.
Sourcing clients/distributors from social website.
Taking bookings from patients/clients.
Coordinating and allotting phlebotomist according to the patients, clients and partner lab.
Taking feedback calls.
LIS report upload for every individual patient
Resolved queries related to patient report with coordination of partner lab, client and internal department.
Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
