- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Experience : 1 yr of experience in BPO customer service(Mandatory)
Salary: Upto 3.7 LPA(30800 CTC / 25600 Take home)
Shift:
- Girls- 8am to 8pm(Any 9 Hrs)
- Boys – Rotational Shift(Cab Drop post 10pm with 12KM)
Working days: 6 days(Rotational Week Off)
Languages : Excellent English + Hindi
DOJ : Immediate
Location : Whitefield, Bangalore
NOTE: Work from Office
