We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and the ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications and Skills
Ø : Customer Support Executive
Ø Qualification Position: 12th,Any Degree backlog accepted
Ø Department : Sales
Ø Language Known : Any 2 South Indian Regional Language + English
Ø Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam + English (basic)
Ø Salary : CTC - 17000 & Takehome - 15000 Per month
Ø Work Timings : 09:30 am to 06:30pm
Ø Work Location: Shanti Nagar , Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with other teams to coordinate and resolve customer-related issues
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the internal database
