Job Description
Job Location - Ahmedabad, Gujarat
365 Days Running.
Language : Gujarati / Hindi.
1) Shift Timing : 9Am to 6Pm & 10Am to 7Pm. Both are Morning time.
2) Training Schedule : Total 5 Days. (Training Salary Not Provide)
3) Week-off : Randomly 4 Week-off Every Month.
4) Salary Calculate Monthly 1st to 30, 31st.
5) Salary Date Every Month 18 date.
6) Salary Provide in Bank thru NEFT.
7) Require Any nationalized bank Accounts.
8) Fix On-hand Salary Rs.10000 +Rs.2000
9) Incentive Plans : Every Day, Every Week & Monthly. Cash Provide.
10) Incentive Minimum Rs.500 To Rs.3000 Provide.
11) Accommodation : House & Light Bills & Gas Connection*. Company provided & (Not provide Food).
12) Attendance Bonus.
13) OT : 100/- Per 2 Hour
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.

Log and track customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Follow up with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction.

Assist in creating FAQs, help documents, and support content.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
