Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and articulate Customer Support Executive to proactively reach out to prospective students and effectively communicate the concepts and benefits of our international education programs. The candidate will play a vital role in educating students about our college’s offerings, encouraging engagement, and facilitating their interaction with the administrative leadership to support admission processes.
The ideal candidate should be highly expressive, persuasive, and motivated to connect with students, providing clear information and inspiring them to take the next step towards joining our institution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Outreach & Engagement

Initiate outbound communication via calls, emails, or messages to prospective students.

Clearly explain the concept, benefits, and unique aspects of our international education programs.

Address student queries patiently and provide accurate information regarding courses, college facilities, and admission procedures.

Motivate and encourage students to visit the college and interact with the head of the administrative department.
2. Appointment Coordination

Schedule and coordinate meetings or campus visits for prospective students with the administrative department.

Ensure smooth communication and follow-up before and after interactions.

Provide reminders and assist students in preparing for their visit or interaction sessions.
3. Information Management

Maintain detailed records of student interactions, queries, and responses.

Update the CRM or student management system regularly to reflect current status and follow-up actions.

Provide regular reports to supervisors on outreach activities and student engagement outcomes.
4. Collaboration & Feedback
-
Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.

Provide feedback from student interactions to improve communication materials and outreach methods.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance communication skills and product knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in customer support, student counseling, or tele-calling, ideally in education or related sectors preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly.

Expressive and engaging phone presence, comfortable speaking with diverse audiences.

Strong listening skills and the ability to address concerns empathetically.

Basic computer skills, including CRM and Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
