Job Description
Ideal candidates should have a strong background in Customer Support, with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in handling a Customer Service, with excellent communication skills in English.

What you will do:
· Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services or obtain details of complaints.
· Have to Handle non Voice through Chats and Emails.
· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
· Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
· Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the designation department for further investigations.
