Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their queries, complaints, and requests are handled efficiently and professionally. The role requires a customer-focused individual who is empathetic, proactive, and able to provide a positive experience at every interaction.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will communicate with clients across multiple channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring timely responses and resolutions. You will also play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by providing accurate information and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat messages.

  • Resolve queries, complaints, and issues in a polite, professional, and timely manner.

  • Provide detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

  • Record and maintain accurate customer information in CRM/software tools.

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, technical, and operations for issue resolution.

  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members or managers when required.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by demonstrating patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on support activities, customer issues, and resolutions.

  • Stay updated with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).

  • Customer Handling: Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations tactfully.

  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and CRM tools.

  • Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and proactive approach to resolving issues.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards customers.

  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple queries and prioritize tasks efficiently.
