Customer Support Executive
Job Description
• Experience in vyapaar, pet pooja etc. will be good or any sales experience
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
• Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
• Handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Strong communication skills and command of the English and Malayalam language.
• Any Graduate
• Good to have – Hindi speaking skills.
• Working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

Respond to incoming customer queries through phone calls, emails, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.

Understand and resolve customer issues related to products, services, orders, billing, or accounts.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
-
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
2. Issue Resolution:

Identify and assess customer needs to provide effective solutions.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments or senior staff.

Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
3. Product Knowledge:

Stay up to date on product or service updates, features, and policies.

Guide customers through technical processes, service setups, or troubleshooting steps.

Provide support in understanding product specifications and usage.
4. Process Adherence:

Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.

Meet or exceed daily productivity targets including call handling time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Manage returns, exchanges, or refunds in compliance with company policies (if applicable).
5. Feedback and Improvement:

Collect and report customer feedback, trends, and recurring issues to help improve services or product offerings.

Contribute to team meetings and training sessions by sharing learnings and best practices.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve knowledge, processes, and communication effectiveness.
