Responsibilities & Duties:
· Handling Inbound / Outbound calls, E-mails and SMS.
· Keep accurate records of calls made and proper follow-up.
· Ask pertinent questions to understand the Clients requirements
· Develop and Maintain Client relationships.
· Generate Leads & Achieve specified targets.
· Should be a good team-player.
Abilities & Skills Required:
· Good Communications Skills (Hindi, Telugu and English).
· Good Computer Knowledge (Ms. Office and Internet).
Qualification & Experience:
- Education Qualification: Intermediate /Graduate.
- Experience: 0 to 3 Years.
- Work Timing: 9.30am 6.00pm.
- Vacancies: 10.
- Salary: 10k To 25k.
