About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist and support clients with their day-to-day activities and queries.
2. Assist with template creation and process documentation
3. Consistently deliver a positive customer experience
4. Work in collaboration with the customer success and the product development teams
5. Showcase a sense of urgency to solve and provide adequate solutions to customers
6. Track and manage customer feedback and feature requests
7. Understand the customer's use case and provide personalized solutions
