Job Description
- Profile: Technical Support / Customer Support
- Eligibility: Undergraduate with the minimum six months of experience.
- Graduate Fresher and Post Graduate Fresher also can apply.
- Job Location: Bangalore, Jaipur, Indore,Hyderabad and Pune.
- Salary: 1.8 LPA -3.2 LPA + Incentives
- Must have excellent communication skills in English (Verbal/Written)
- Should have good attitude towards learning new technologies.
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
- Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
- Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response.
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
- Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment
- Computer Knowledge/Skills
- Candidates who are willingto work on the rotational shifts will be considering as a first preference with the immediate joining.
- Perks: 5 days working and Transport allowance (If
- applicable), Night Shift.
- Allowance, Over time, Performance Incentives (if applicable).
