Candidate should receive incoming calls from the customers and solve the queries (Inbound voice process).
Should be fluent in Telugu and English.
Should have Basic Computer Skills.
Should be able to solve the customer Queries.
No work Target
Immediate Joiners are preferable.

Qualification : 12th / Diploma / Intermediate/ Degree

Shift : Rotational shifts

Eligibility & Skills

Fresher/ Experienced
Graduates and under graduates (+2 Pass/Diploma or ITI passed)
19-35 years of age
Candidate should be good at Telugu, Hindi and required to speak Basic English.
Interested candidates may walk in with the required documents.
Resume, Educational Xerox documents, (SSC, Intermediate & higher education) Address Proof & Aadhaar Card which is mandatory.
Shift Timings-Male employees-3PM to 12AM
Female employees 6AM to 3PM
Employee should relocate to Vijayawada by the time they join in the training
Immediate posting will be offered once they got selected in the Interview
