Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling customer queries, providing chat, voice, and emails support
2. Conducting surveys with customers to understand the usage and overall experience to collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
3. Troubleshooting problems and seeing them through to resolution
4. Demonstrating excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
5. Escalating users' unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
6. Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team

1. A bachelor's degree in administration or related field
2. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
3. Knowledge of CRM systems
4. Computer skills
5. Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
