Job Opening – Customer Support | Noida Sec-16Final Year Students & Freshers Welcome (Non-B.Tech / Non-PG)For Queries call 92202 19891 HR - Subodh
Role: Customer Care Executive (Inbound Voice – No Targets)
Shifts:* Female: 7 AM–4 PM | 12 PM–7 PM* Male: Flexible (7 AM–10 PM)
Salary:* Freshers: -17.5K In-hand (+ PF, ESI, Gratuity- All including CTC ₹22K)* Experienced: 15–20% hike on last salary
Eligibility:* Final-year students / Graduates
* Good English & Hindi communication* Customer-focused attitude
Responsibilities: * Handle customer queries & appointments* Provide service information*

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
  • interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

 Required skills:

  • Good typing Speed.
  • Good Communication Skill.
  • Basic Computer Skills
