We are Hiring 2020 & 2021 Fresher, who would join us immediately for the Banking/Telecom Customer Care Process.
JOB TITLE: Customer Support Officer / Executive
PROCESS: Banking Voice - Customer Care Process / Verification Process

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Any Graduates / Diploma ( BE & B.tech can also apply)
Should possess Good communication skills in English and Telugu or Hindi or Malayalam or Kannada or Tamil
Age should be below 30 years.

JOB PROFILE:

Customer support for Banking/Telecom Customers in PAN India.
Handle calls from Chennai customers positively and professionally.
Provide Feedback solutions to issues that have been raised.
Deal with a wide range of potential information & database.
Salary: 12000 /- to 18500/- fixed CTC + Bonus + Incentives.
Job Timings: Day Shift Timings
Work Location: Chennai.
