Job Description
1. Attend and manage incoming customer calls
2. Send email updates to customers on their ongoing orders
3. Follow-up with existing clients for pending payments
4. Follow-up with existing clients to get feedback
5. Provide world-class customer service
6. Resolve customer queries and achieve customer delight

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Jun'21 and 20th Jul'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Mumbai, Kochi, Bangalore and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per conversion).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
