- Educational Qualification :0-3 years and any undergraduate with any BPO or non BPO experience with good communication skills.
Job description:
- Proven customer support experience and solving the customer queries on calls.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Good listening and problem solving skills
- Ability to take and handle stress and pressure
Good interpersonal skills.
Required Skills:
- Looking for both UG/PG .(in any discipline).
