Job Description
VACANCY FOR GRADUATE ENGINEERING FRESHERS IN MNC PROFILE.
QUALIFICATION: B.E OR B.TECH WITH 70% PLUS AGGREGATE.B.E/B.Tech 2024-25 ENGINEERING GRADUATE FRESHERS PREFERRED. (COMPUTER SCIENCE/IT BRANCH PREFERRED.)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection & Preparation
-
Gather data from multiple internal and external sources including transactional systems, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, APIs, databases (SQL), and data warehouses.

Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure quality and consistency for analytical use.

Design and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines as needed in collaboration with data engineering teams.
2. Data Analysis & Interpretation
-
Analyze customer behavior, product usage, loan repayment patterns, risk metrics, and transaction data to generate actionable insights.

Create and maintain financial performance dashboards for stakeholders (e.g., revenue, customer acquisition cost, ARPU, churn).

Conduct cohort analysis, segmentation, lifetime value (LTV), and profitability assessments across financial products.
3. Reporting & Visualization

Design and deliver regular reports and dynamic dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Translate complex data sets into intuitive charts, tables, and stories for technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaborate with product managers, marketing, risk, and compliance teams to tailor data views to their needs.
4. Business Intelligence & Strategy Support

Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business units.

Identify trends and potential growth opportunities across product lines, channels, and geographies.

Support A/B testing and product experimentation through data collection and impact analysis.
5. Risk & Fraud Analysis (Fintech-specific)

Work with risk management teams to detect irregular transaction patterns, user anomalies, and potential fraud risks.

Develop models or rules for early warning signals in lending, insurance, or transaction processing environments.

Help ensure compliance with financial regulations by monitoring transaction behaviors and risk scores.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with data engineers, product teams, and senior management to deliver timely insights.

Participate in meetings and planning sessions to align analytics work with strategic business goals.

Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support campaigns, audits, investor presentations, or compliance reporting.
