Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and research activities. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting trends, and turning information into actionable insights while learning from senior analysts.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Support senior analysts with research, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis
Maintain data accuracy and documentation
Help improve processes and analytical tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis)
Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
Good communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Basic knowledge of Python or R
Internship or project experience in analysis or reporting
Understanding of industry-specific data (finance, operations, marketing, etc.)
