Job Description
KHPT invites applications from committed, compassionate and competent persons for the following positions for the above mentioned WHO funded study.
Data Analyst: Position: 1, Bangalore
Data Analyst: Position: 1, Bangalore
Qualification, Skills & Competencies: MA/MSc/MPhil in Statistics/ Biostatistics/ Demography/ Population Studies or with a similar background and having proven experience in large-scale data management and data analysis
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience on adolescent issues. Proficiency in statistical analysis packages like STATA, SPSS, R
Working knowledge in secondary data analysis of existing data including but not
limited to National Family Health Survey (NFHS), District Level Household Survey
(DLHS), Census of India, Youths in India, Situation and Needs study, etc.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially MS-Excel and
PowerPoint. Excellent writing and communication skills in English
Must be precise, and capable of working with tight deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as in the team
Ability to coordinate with partners/stakeholders located at different sitesnationally and internationally
Salary Range: The Salary for the above will be fixed after analyzing the qualification, skills sets, relevant experience and interview performance and market standards etc.,
