Job Responsibilities
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Use state-of-the-art software to plan and execute research projects to meet the specific client objectives
- For a given project, our proprietary software will pull out relevant conversations that are happening on the social media (blogs, news items, facebook posts, tweets, youtube videos etc.). The incumbent will need to pull out all the relevant information and record them into the software.
- Successfully manage multiple research projects simultaneously
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- HSC/SSC from one of the premium English medium schools
- A good command on English language
- Working knowledge of Internet and social networking websites
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Training - Hands-on training on the software
- Mentoring from senior management on career progression
- Tea / Coffee service
