Job Description
· Build a single point of contact that handles all of the division's health related information- analyse the key data points namely KPI, utilisation, head count, revenue, cost savings.
· Provide recommendations or actions pertaining to process improvements Customer visits - agenda preparation for townhalls and offsite.
· Coordination of events with customer Maintaining confidential agreements, data collation for divisional review meetings. Updating organisation chart and dashboard regularly
Future proofing with automations
· - Circulating MoM for all the relevant meetings within 24 hrs
· - Updating Organisation chart on regular interval
· - Daily Ops Call
· - Dashboard creations ,Data Analysis- First stage
· Candidate should have exposure in any of governance roles. Have good communication skills, attention to details.
