Roles And Responsibilities

'Display strong non-technical communication skills such that business leaders are able to fully understand the meaning and implications of results
Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to understand people-related business problems, and gathering relevant people data to analyze
Conduct data-drive business intelligence analysis/reporting, identify actionable insights from data solutions, establish improvement plan based on insights, and drive plan execution to closure.
Building Analysis Services reporting models.
Connecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence.
Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling, python scripts, Power BI and internal tools reports as per the business requirements.
Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI service (SaaS), or by API automation. Also, one must be experienced in developing custom visuals for Power BI.
Prepare and deliver presentations with rich data visualizations and meaningful business insights and conclusions
Good Analytical and analysis skills. Understand various statistical models and algorithms to work on BI reporting software's.
Analysts may write up reports for clients and team members to show them the strategies available to them.
Enable or develop insights and provide recommendations details to business users.
