Job Description
1. Get actionable insights from data that can be used in real-time in all decision-making of the company
2. Gather insights and implement various processes and changes across departments
3. Gather insights & work hands-on with different teams to improve their various business metrics
4. Create new models/improve existing models which are used for supply chain, demand forecasting, logistics, planning, etc.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 20th May'21 and 24th Jun'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Strong inclination to roll up the sleeves and get things changed
2. Strong problem-solving skills, with the right balance of analytics & operations
3. Ability to gather business insights using data
4. Ability to work with large cross-functional teams to implement changes
5. Entrepreneurial self-starter - able to take initiative, be proactive and resourceful, set and drive toward goals in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
6. Hunger to learn & willingness to pursue dreams beyond rational
7. Data-driven & detail-oriented
8. Ability to get things done through perseverance in ambiguous & constrained environments
9. Good knowledge of SQL and Excel & basics of Python preferred
Rs.50,000 will be provided as a completion bonus (after 6 months). PPO will be provided to eligible candidates.
