
DATA ASSOCIATE
Job Description
-
Lead a team of 1 0 - 1 3 associates.
-
Managing key projects and operational processes related to the collection team , including but not limiting to data extraction and analysis of information from various sources, tools, and documents.

Ensure team members are compliant when conducting data/information collection through thorough knowledge of guidelines, policies, and research tools.
-
Responsible for the day-to-day workflow management and performance of team to ensure accuracy and efficiency of process workflows.
-
Manage performance review process, talent development talent management processes for the team.
-
Interact with internal and external clients as necessary and occasionally work on new projects and data enhancement initiatives as assigned.
-
Identify individual strengths to appropriately delegate work amongst the team.
-
Ensure clear and seamless communication across levels and teams.
-
Responsible to drive company level strategies\projects like Lean Automation, Quality Management System, Vendor automation solutions, etc., implementing these in the process and delivering on the value proposition.
-
Coordinate with various stakeholders in understanding and building the content.
-
Provide input and ideas for new collection methods and product improvements related to the covered content sets.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Microsoft Excel and Presentation Skills

Prior experience on client question workflow
