Your Role and Responsibilities

As Data Engineer, you are responsible for design and customize complex search queries, develop dashboards and visualizations.

Responsibilities:

Recommend design changes and optimize Splunk platform architecture for large-scale and distributed deployments

Responsible to develop and customize Splunk apps and dashboards

Work with interconnected, heterogeneous systems and expertise in Networking background, WIN or *nix systems administration

Implements and maintains Splunk platform infrastructure and configuration

Troubleshooting of Splunk issues, experience on creating knowledge objects like datamodel, lookup

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience with Splunk Cloud / Enterprise experience as a Consultant / Developer
• Experience with Splunk Searching and Reporting, Administration and Forwarder Management
• In-depth knowledge of Splunk Architecture
• Ability to write and create custom dashboards and alerts
• Splunk language (SPL) expert
• One or more of the following certifications would be an added advantage: Splunk Certified Admin, Splunk Certified Architect, Splunk Certified Consultant
• Identify innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to clients.
