Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Maintenance:

Enter data from various source documents into prescribed databases, files, and formats.

Update and maintain information on company databases and computer systems.

Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.

Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output.

Data Validation and Quality Assurance:

Perform regular data integrity and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Identify and correct data entry errors, discrepancies, and duplicates.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, statistics, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as a data entry clerk, data analyst, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (functions, pivot tables, charts).

Familiarity with data entry systems and database management software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, SQL, or CRM tools).

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
