Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry and Management:
-
Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, CRMs, company databases, and proprietary systems.

Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before inputting into systems.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical records as per company standards.
-
Ensure all data is entered in a timely manner, with a focus on meeting daily and weekly targets.
2. Quality Control and Accuracy:
-
Review and cross-check entered data with source documents for verification.
-
Detect and correct errors and inconsistencies using established procedures.
-
Flag incomplete or questionable information for further clarification.
-
Maintain high levels of data accuracy and completeness in all records.
3. Document Handling:
-
Scan, photocopy, and upload documents when necessary.
-
Prepare and sort source documents for data entry.
-
Label, categorize, and archive data for easy retrieval and reference.
-
Handle confidential data with integrity and discretion.
4. Coordination and Reporting:
-
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure data alignment and consistency.
-
Communicate effectively with other departments to obtain missing or clarifying information.
-
Generate basic reports or summaries as needed using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
-
Assist in compiling statistical or performance data when requested.
