7. Maintain MIS data and organize accurate records, documents as per required

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Management

Enter, update, and maintain accurate and timely records in databases, spreadsheets, or company software.

Verify and correct errors in data entries for accuracy.

Organize and manage electronic and paper files.
2. Documentation & Record Keeping

Maintain proper filing systems and document storage.

Prepare reports based on collected data.

Ensure data security and confidentiality.
3. Coordination & Communication

Work with other departments to gather and process information.

Follow up on missing or incorrect data with the respective teams.
4. Software & System Usage

Use MS Excel, Google Sheets, or company software to manage data.
