Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.

Role and responsibilities

Precisely enter data from various sources (documents, spreadsheets, etc.) into computer systems or databases.
Assist in the maintenance and organization of databases, including data backups and recovery.
Generate reports or summaries based on the data entered, as required.
Stay updated on database technologies and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Additional computer training or certification will be an asset
Familiarity with computer systems, databases, and relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Ability to identify and resolve data entry issues or errors.

Skills & Competencies

Fast and accurate typing skills (Minimum 30-40 WPM preferred).
Attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems is a plus.
